From your film to your inbox
Drop off or post.
Bring your film to a lab. Posting it? Complete the mail-in form, choose your receiving lab and include your order number with your rolls.
Choose your service.
Choose Dev + Scan or Dev only, then any extras. For mail-in orders, we send a payment link after receiving and checking your film.
Download. Keep. Repeat.
For scanning orders, we email your download link when processing is complete and payment is confirmed. Collect your negatives or arrange return postage.
Keep your originals and your files.
Digital scans are stored for 60 days. Negatives are kept for 30 days after completion, unless otherwise arranged. Download a backup and arrange collection or return postage in time.
What is the difference between Develop & Scan and Develop Only?
Develop & Scan processes your film and provides high-resolution digital scans. Develop Only processes your film without digital files. Both include cutting and sleeving unless you ask us to leave the film uncut.
Are high-resolution scans included in the price?
Yes. Every Dev + Scan order includes the same high-resolution Noritsu scanning standard, with no resolution tiers to choose between. 35mm full-frame output is 4011 × 6048 pixels, approximately 24 MP. TIFF files are an optional $8 per roll.
Can you scan film that is already developed?
Yes. Noritsu scanning costs $12 per uncut roll or $15 per cut roll. Hasselblad / Imacon Flextight scanning is $20 per selected frame and is booked separately from whole-roll scans.
Can I push or pull my film?
Push / pull processing is available for black & white and E-6 film, up to one stop in either direction, for an additional $5. Clearly mark the request on your order.
How long are my scans and negatives kept?
Digital scans are stored for 60 days. Negatives are kept for 30 days after completion, unless otherwise arranged. Download and back up your files when they arrive, and arrange collection or return postage for your negatives.
Can I mail in from elsewhere in Australia?
Yes. Complete the mail-in form, choose Melbourne, Sydney or Perth, and send your film to the matching lab address with your order number. We send a payment link after checking your rolls. Postage time is separate from lab processing time.
