While we aim to return your order in the turnaround times specified on our website, there are times when your film may have some delays - for example we may notice some dust on your scans during quality check and put your rolls in for rescanning. Usually this process is quick and you will receive your scans the following day. Should you urgently require your film, please ensure you choose RUSH at check out!

You will receive your film scans as they are processed and ready. Our turnaround times are as follows - C41: Same day available | B&W: 2-3 days | E6: 2-3 days | ECN2: 2-5 days

Yes! Our physical store and online shop share the same inventory. Everything you see online is available for immediate pickup at 15 McKillop St, vic 3000

Yes! For an additional $17 per roll, we print out all the images from your roll in standard 4 x 6 inch prints with a semi-gloss finish. You can add this when you place your order or add the prints after you receive your digital scans.

We process C41 (color negative), Black & White, E6 (slide film), and ECN2 (cinema film) in 35mm, 120, and 220 formats.
Can you process other film types?

We can develop 110 film but currently can't scan these rolls. We can develop and scan your APS film.

Do you offer push/pull processing?

Yes! We can push or pull up to 1 stop for BW/E6 film types. Please mark this clearly on your order. Please note we cannot push/pull for C41 / colour film.
Do you offer TIFF scans?

Yes we do! For $8 per roll you can get 16 bit TIFF scans which will be approximately 72MB files, please specify this on your order form

Yes! All negatives are returned in archival sleeves at no extra charge. Choose store pickup or pre-paid return shipping. We keep negative for a month

Absolutely! We have special handling for expired film. Note that results vary depending on storage conditions.

Yes! We offer scan-only services for previously developed negatives and slides.

Unfortunately we do not do repairs in our Melbourne store but there are lots of great resources around Melbourne!

We don't offer this - we offer prints of film rolls that you process at Irohas - but you can try Officeworks or Kmart for this service
